Paris time
Three situations
- A delivery peak that does not justify a hire.
- A hiring lead time longer than the date you gave your client.
- A rare skill, on a single project.
In all three the question is not who is available, but what capacity to commit, under what governance, and how to get out of it.
Engagement models
Four models, four governance rules
-
Team reinforcement
Our profiles inside your team, your tools, your rituals.
You steer · best efforts commitment -
Dedicated team
A stable team, with a lead on our side.
You set the backlog · we hold the capacity -
Fixed price service centre
A written scope, delivered against service commitments.
We steer · commitment to a result -
White label
Under your brand, in your tools. We never speak to your client.
You steer · subcontracting agreement
Offer scope
The five building blocks this offer covers
Azure & DevOps
Infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, access hardening, cost control.
Power Platform
Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, tenant governance.
Dynamics 365
Business Central (AL, extensions, upgrades) and Customer Engagement.
Microsoft 365
Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, migrations.
Data / Fabric
Ingestion, pipelines, lakehouse, Power BI, data quality.
This offer stops at these five blocks. We do not subcontract to a third party we have not assessed ourselves: a need outside this scope is looked at from the company page, which lists the practices we serve and the ones we are building.
Method
How we prepare a profile
This is the part you can check before you entrust us with anything.
-
Role brief written with you
Scope, level, deliverables, hours, language, access. You approve it before any search starts.
You receive the approved brief -
Technical test marked against a grid
The same exercise for every candidate on a role, including explaining and documenting in writing.
You receive the grid and the result -
Security and confidentiality cleared
Signed undertaking, workstation we administer, named accounts, access granted role by role.
You receive the access rules applied -
Short pilot before scaling up
Acceptance criteria written before day one, decision date in the calendar.
You receive real delivered work
French is measured on the CEFR scale and the level observed is written on the brief: B2 for a team role, C1 to run a client workshop. Never “good level”. English is assessed as well, at B1 or B2 depending on the documentation and the client. The CV comes last, as one document in the file.
Security and data
Data stays in Europe, only the access crosses
European Union
Your systems, or an environment hosted in the EU
Data is stored here, and nowhere else.
Tangier
Managed workstation, named account, remote session
The engineer sees and works. The workstation keeps nothing.
The access crosses. An encrypted session: what is on the screen and what is typed, nothing else.
The data never does. Clipboard, file transfer, printing and removable media are blocked in the session.
Pilot
A pilot on a real unit of work
- ScopeA real unit of work on one of the five blocks. No mock-up, no classroom exercise.
- CriteriaDeliverables, definition of done, quality, language. Written and approved before the start.
- DurationSet at scoping, in working days, with a decision date.
- GovernanceOne named contact on each side, a weekly checkpoint, a written record.
Questions
Is this just another CV database?
A CV database sends profiles before understanding the need. Here the role brief comes first, the test is marked against a grid you receive, and the CV comes last.
Do your teams work in English?
Our working language is French, and that is the one we measure on the CEFR scale. English is assessed as well, at B1 or B2 depending on the documentation and the client. If your assignment needs day to day work in English, say so at scoping: we will tell you what we can hold and what we cannot.
What is the level of French, really?
Measured on the CEFR scale and written as observed on the brief. You meet the person before any decision, in French. If the level does not suit you, the profile is not put forward.
How soon can you start?
The schedule is costed at scoping, from the role brief: scope, level, language and access set the date. We tell you whether yours holds, and then we hold it.
How do you guarantee the level?
Through the role brief agreed with you, a technical test marked against a grid and a pilot on a real unit of work. During an assignment, a profile that does not hold the level described is replaced, at our cost.
Why you rather than an established IT services firm?
Because you keep the client, the steering and the margin, and because you are buying supervised capacity, not a placed individual. Everything we put on the table can be checked before you sign: the role brief, the test grid and the access rules.
